An ergonomic logistics flow

We were commissioned to create an ergonomic and efficient logistics flow for the packing of plastic parts with the aim of improving the working environment and reducing heavy lifting.

The result was a semi-automatic roller conveyor system with integrated pallet collar lift, enabling smooth handling of goods and pallets. The delivered equipment included a roller conveyor system, two lifting tables, pallet collar lift, pallet infeed and outfeed, safety fence and PLC control. The investment provided the customer with a more ergonomic working environment and increased production capacity with a payback time of 2.3 years.
