Automated localization of iron parts

An industrial player turned to us with the need to automate the localization and handling of iron parts in their production.

We delivered a complete automation solution consisting of a collaborative robot equipped with a vision system to locate the parts. For the internal logistics, a flow built with chain conveyors was installed, supplemented with start/stop sensors and control via a PLC system.

The solution has streamlined material handling, reduced the need for manual labor and created a more stable flow in production.
