Automated welding of heavy products

An industrial player contacted us to automate the welding of heavy products, up to 900 kg each. The requirement was a fully automated solution with high reliability.

We delivered an advanced robot cell equipped with three robots, two positioners, two customized fixtures and three power sources. The facility is safety-rated with fences and guards and is controlled by PLC systems.

The solution enabled unmanned production with consistent quality, reduced wear and tear on staff and greatly improved production speed. The investment paid for itself in 3 years.
