A production stoppage is costly, so regular servicing is essential. With our service agreement, we ensure operational reliability by servicing the equipment regularly. We are also always available and quickly on site if something unexpected happens.

How it works
1. Production analysis
We always start with a free visit where we go through your business and production. Together, we identify which automation equipment needs service and maintenance – for example, robots, conveyors, grippers and fixtures. You choose which parts of the plant should be covered by the agreement.
2. draft agreement
Together we plan service intervals and decide which days and times to perform the work. Our goal is to minimize production losses through a well thought-out plan.
3. signing of the service contract
We will then send you a proposal based on your needs. It includes a clear specification of:
- What equipment is covered
- How often to service
- Costs and conditions
4. Planning and maintenance manual
We plan service intervals together with you to ensure that maintenance is carried out at optimal times, with minimal impact on production. Together, we decide which days and times the work should be carried out to avoid unnecessary downtime.
As part of the service, we also produce a customized maintenance manual. It contains clear instructions on how to carry out simple maintenance of robots and peripherals in-house. The aim is to extend equipment lifetime, reduce the risk of unplanned downtime and detect potential failures early
